[Professional's Corner]

[Biography]

Marsha Sinetar is an educator and author of over 20 books, most of which have been translated into many foreign languages and are increasingly taught worldwide in a host of diverse settings, such as corporate, counseling, and church.

A few of Marsha Sinetar’s books have stood the test of time—never having been out-of-print since they were first released almost three decades ago. Sinetar’s themes in these long-acknowledged “crossover classics” have progressed from ideas about practical simplification of work and ordinary life to the deeper issues and love of the most worshipful contemplative life.

Both Sinetar’s word-of-mouth bestsellers as well as her Monographs now being written and sent out by The Center have grassroots appeal, and in the words of one reviewer, “close the seeming gap between the material and spiritual.”

Sinetar lives and works in the Pacific Northwest "as simply and quietly as possible," where she is now sharing her principles of spiritual wholeness with a circle of pastors, spiritual directors, and other helping professionals through The Sinetar Center.

The writing, publication, and distribution of materials such as the Monographs described in this website constitute the current activities of The Center.
