Our one-on-one and/or small group dialogue sessions are informal, lightly structured, and primarily geared to The
Center’s helping professionals. Our typical teleconferences include from one to five people.
The teleconferences are best suited to those of you who have a reasonable familiarity with our ideas and writings.
The teleconference topics are customized to participants' interest, and relate mainly to the principles flowing out
of the Monographs, and, of course, our body of work. The costs for sessions vary.
A Partial List of Teleconference Goals:
Some sessions are "train the trainer" discussions centered on one or more books, designed to help participants
set up and facilitate small group discussions about contemplative life.
Some sessions are professional development in nature, and run along a wide range of topics.
Some sessions are actual "courses" to deepen understanding about the principles explored in our books and
Monographs.
Individual sessions are, naturally, individualized and all sessions are confidential (from our side, at least).
Most of our teleconferences involve translating highly spiritual themes, and perhaps Scriptural language, into
everyday terms easily understood by your specific constituents and/or professional colleagues.
Teleconferences are set up by special arrangement. If your group is interested, please appoint one person as Chair or
Coordinator, and fill out form at the bottom of this page. We "meet" on Saturday mornings or early evenings to
accommodate your schedule.
During our heavy writing seasons, we also suspend such offerings for new groups. However, we will try to keep as much
continuity as possible.
2008-09 note: We may interrupt our teleconference process during the coming months so as to make time for a writing
sabbatical. We’ll do this, first, by postponing any new sessions, so as not to disrupt ongoing work.
We'll start a waiting list for interested new sessions, as is customary.
